The new Bylaws have been posted in the Members Only section of the Registry Website. As a result of the changes to the Bylaws, the Executive Committee has reformed as a Board of Directors for the brief time until the next elected Directors take over in January 2013 following the election. The Board chose Jim Voter to be the Chairman and then appointed the currently serving President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary to serve in those positions.
